GMVS Presents: Twelfth Night

Twelfth Night, or What You Will, is thought of as William Shakespeare's best comedy. Written over 400 years ago, it tells the story of two estranged twins finding their way back to one another against all odds. We will be mounting the musical adaptation of Two-time Tony Award-Winning Waitsfield native, Shaina Taub (Suffs), which she wrote for the Public Theater in 2016. With a tapestry of modern musical styles from Broadway pop to New Orleanian jazz, it explores themes of identity, love, grief, and fellowship through side-splitting comedic folly.

Each year, we defy expectations with our signature take on classic musicals, and Twelfth Night, A Shaina Taub Musical, promises to be our most challenging and jubilant play to date. We look forward to you joining us!
